As a Regional Manager, you will have a successful track record of achieving sales and trading profit through your people, in a group of large format stores. You will have demonstrated consideration for the financial drivers of a retail business, including outstanding customer service, inventory management and product knowledge. You will work closely with your Store Managers on the shop floor to inspire, innovate and capture opportunities for business growth whilst driving continual enhancements to operational standards. This career defining business transformation requires you to be energetic, people focussed and an outstanding leader as acknowledged by your current colleagues and team members. You will ideally have experience in food retailing and have driven change in a complex, fast paced retail environment.
