Highly reputable business and a market leader our client is looking for a polished professional to join the professional services team within the business.This position is responsible for coordinating , processing orders from partners and managing key supplier relationships. The key responsibilities for the position include: *Schedule classes for open enrollments and onsite training and organise various logistics for the class including classroom, manuals, computer kits, instructors, etc. *Receive and process orders and cash outs from Authorised Training Center *Proactively provide feedback on and contribute to the improvement of business processes and workflows *Represent the business and the partners at trade shows and events *Build relationships with internal sales and technical teams Competencies *Minimum 2 years experience in a administration / coordinating /office management/operations position preferably in the technology industry *An understanding of the channel market, Systems Integrators, Distributors across the territories to help sales identify and nurture key influencers within each opportunity. *Strong written and verbal communication skills *Be a natural team player and have a desire to work with others for broader success *Be able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and less defined environment *Outstanding time management, prioritisation and organisational skills. *Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take the initiative to get things done If you feel you have the qualifications for this role, please visit http://jobs.ozfreeonline.com/
