A current vacancy has arisen for a highly experienced and professional candidate to join this successful team as the Assistant Director of Academic Studies. This newly created position is an integral role for the organisation and will require you to be extremely organised. Some of your responsibilities will include: Recruit, manage and train a team of approximately 40 sessional and permanent teaching staff * Manage the classroom and teaching timetables * Manage sessional payroll - ensuring timesheets are complete * Develop and update course outlines and assessments * Identify and implement new systems and course improvements * Implement policies & procedures * Create training material and identifying training requirements * Minimal weekly teaching of Master courses’ To be successful for this role you must possess: * Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment * Relevant University degree as well as Post Grad qualifications * Extensive knowledge and experience regarding VET courses and AQTF, ESOS training packages For more information, please visit http://jobs.ozfreeonline.com/
