The selling of musical instruments is an interesting business. Previously it was about selling expensive things to people who had no money. After creating Kldguitar we wanted to do our best to improve this situation.Although tube guitar amps can be expensive, many people like their sound. Previously, there were two way for people to buy tube guitar amps. Initially, they would buy the complete amp from the manufacturer. They had to pay a higher price which included import tax and transportation fees. (The import tax of a fully assembled amp is higher than the cost of kits in some countries). A fully assembled amp has a larger and heavier cabinet, and is therefore more expensive to ship. It is the usual way to buy amps. It’s more convenient because most people are not electronic experts. The second way, is to buy kits and to assemble them oneself. There are many websites that provide amplifier kits for customers. This method might save some money, but it requires skill and experience. Not many people have the necessary skills.Now, at last Kldguitar has found a third way to provide tube guitar amplifier kits for it’s customers. We selected classic circuits and high quality components from China. Everything is assembled onto the chassis including the control knobs. The unit is then adjusted and tested prior to shipment. Customers don’t need to be electronics experts, although some knowledge can be beneficial. The only thing our customer has to do is to source a cabinet (or have one made) which is the right size in which to place the assembled kits. The next thing you need do is plug in your guitar, and play.The reason Kldguitar provides assembled kits for tube guitar amps are listed below:1. In some countries the import tax of the complete amp is higher than amplifiers in Kit form. If you buy amplifier kits, you don’t need pay the higher rate of tax.2. The assembled kits weigh less than the whole amp, so shipping costs are greatly reduced especially if you buy fewer amps. Transport costs whether by Sea or Air are expensive, so the customer can save more money.3. Compared with kits provided by many other Companies, you don’t need to be an electronics expert. At present, Kldguitar provide several kinds of assembled kits using PCB’s. In the future, we will provide different types of hand wired kits for tube guitar amps. Our aim is to continue to improve.
