We need 5000 ORAC scale units of bio-available antioxidants daily as a minimum to cope with the average rate of oxidation. An excellent choice is Young Living’s NingXia Red. If we exercise, drink alcohol or for those who have diabetes and/or live a busy/stressful life, then that amount needs to be doubled or tripled. NingXia Red is low glycemic! This might be quite difficult to do. Consuming 2 baskets of organic blueberries and 250g of raisins daily would be a physical challenge - not to mention quite expensive!
